1. Scope and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of legal services by MopsLoL (hereafter "Service Provider") to clients (hereafter "Client"). By engaging MopsLoL, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
MopsLoL provides corporate legal consulting, contract review, and employment law services in Germany. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are calculated on an hourly, project, or retainer basis as agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum above the base rate.
4. Limitation of Liability
MopsLoL's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients must seek professional liability insurance verification upon request.
5. Confidentiality
MopsLoL maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, except where legally required to disclose. Attorney-client privilege applies to communications related to legal advice.
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and German data protection law. Client data is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Essen, Germany.
